Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of mobile applications, games, websites, software, AI features, digital content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, users agree to these Terms.
If a product-specific agreement, notice, end user license agreement, subscription term, or purchase rule is provided, it supplements these Terms for that product.
1. Use of the Services
Users may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, app store rules, platform rules, product instructions, community guidelines, and any in-app policies. Users are responsible for their own devices, internet connection, accounts, settings, purchases, and activity within the Services.
2. Eligibility
Users must be at least the minimum age required by applicable law to use the Services. If a user is under the age of majority, the user may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. Certain products, features, purchases, ads, AI features, social features, or user-generated content features may have additional age or region restrictions.
3. Accounts and Security
Some features may require an account, device account, app store account, platform account, third-party sign-in, or cloud profile. Users agree to provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected security issues. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use where the user failed to protect credentials or devices.
4. License and Acceptable Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use unless a product expressly allows another use. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, bypass technical measures, or misuse the Services except where permitted by law.
5. Purchases, IAP, Subscriptions, and Virtual Items
Some Services may include paid downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, trials, memberships, premium features, virtual currency, virtual goods, consumables, non-consumables, passes, digital content, or other paid items. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider and are subject to their payment terms, refund rules, tax rules, family purchase rules, and subscription management procedures.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their app store account settings. Deleting an app or stopping use of a Service may not automatically cancel a subscription. Unless otherwise required by law or platform rules, purchases of digital content, virtual items, consumables, or used services may be non-refundable.
Virtual items, virtual currency, rewards, points, lives, coins, skins, boosters, or similar digital benefits have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not property, and may not be transferred, sold, redeemed, or exchanged outside the Services unless expressly allowed. We may modify, expire, suspend, or remove virtual items or entitlements where permitted by law, platform rules, or product design.
6. Advertising, Rewards, and Monetization
Some Services may include advertising, sponsored content, rewarded ads, interstitial ads, banner ads, app open ads, native ads, playable ads, offerwalls, cross-promotion, subscriptions, purchases, affiliate links, or other monetization methods. Ads may be provided by third-party ad networks or mediation platforms.
Rewards from ads or offers may be subject to availability, verification, anti-fraud checks, regional limitations, inventory limitations, and platform rules. We do not guarantee that any specific ad, offer, reward, payout, or monetization feature will always be available.
7. AI Features and AI Content
Some Services may include AI-powered features, including generation, editing, chat, translation, summarization, recommendation, search, moderation, or automation tools. Users are responsible for prompts, inputs, uploaded content, instructions, and how they use or share AI-generated outputs.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, offensive, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users should independently review AI outputs before relying on them. AI features must not be used to create or distribute illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, sexually exploitative, hateful, harassing, privacy-invasive, or otherwise abusive content.
Users represent that they have all rights necessary to submit content to AI features and to use generated outputs in the manner they choose. We may restrict, remove, watermark, label, moderate, or block AI content or AI usage where required for safety, legal compliance, platform policy, or abuse prevention.
8. User Content
If the Services allow users to submit, upload, create, generate, post, send, or share content, users remain responsible for their content and must have the necessary rights to use it. Users may not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing, misleading, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, privacy-invasive, spammy, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate.
By submitting user content, users grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, moderate, and use the content as necessary to provide, operate, improve, secure, and promote the Services, subject to applicable law and product-specific settings.
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend features, or terminate accounts if we believe content violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, app store rules, community standards, or safety requirements.
9. Community, Reporting, and Moderation
Where the Services include social, messaging, sharing, comments, rankings, multiplayer, creator, community, or user-generated content features, users must behave respectfully and lawfully. Users may be able to report content or users. We may review reports and take actions such as content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, blocking, or escalation to authorities where appropriate.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- violate any law, regulation, third-party right, platform policy, or these Terms;
- use the Services for fraud, abuse, harassment, threats, exploitation, spam, scams, cheating, or unlawful activity;
- upload malware, harmful code, unauthorized data, deceptive content, or infringing content;
- use bots, scrapers, automation, emulators, modified clients, exploits, or unauthorized access methods;
- interfere with, damage, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services;
- bypass payments, subscriptions, ads, security systems, access controls, region controls, or technical restrictions;
- manipulate ads, rewards, analytics, attribution, rankings, reviews, ratings, referrals, purchases, refunds, or virtual items;
- misrepresent identity, affiliation, age, permissions, purchase status, or rights in content;
- collect, disclose, or misuse personal information of others without permission.
11. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, artwork, audio, video, characters, levels, gameplay systems, databases, AI models, prompts, documentation, features, and content, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property and other laws. These Terms do not grant users any ownership rights in the Services.
If users believe content in the Services infringes their rights, they may contact us at with enough information for us to review the request.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain or integrate third-party websites, SDKs, advertisements, analytics, attribution, app store services, payment services, AI providers, cloud services, login providers, social networks, or external content. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, availability, security, or practices. Users should review applicable third-party terms and privacy policies before using them.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and protected. By using the Services, users acknowledge that we may process information as described in the Privacy Policy and any product-specific privacy notice.
14. Updates, Changes, and Availability
We may update, modify, rebalance, suspend, remove, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, including features, content, virtual items, AI features, ads, purchases, subscriptions, rewards, compatibility, and supported devices. We may release updates to improve functionality, security, performance, compliance, or compatibility.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every device, operating system, region, network, or platform account.
15. Beta, Experimental, and AI Features
Some features may be labeled or treated as beta, early access, experimental, preview, or AI-generated. Such features may change, fail, produce unexpected results, be removed, or become paid features at any time. Users use such features at their own risk.
16. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, safety, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation.
The Services are not intended to provide legal, medical, financial, investment, emergency, professional, or safety-critical advice unless expressly stated in a product-specific notice. Users should seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, virtual items, account access, or user content arising from or related to the Services or these Terms.
18. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from their use of the Services, user content, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
19. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services if a user violates these Terms, creates risk or legal exposure, abuses the Services, misuses purchases or refunds, manipulates ads or rewards, infringes rights, or if required by law, app store rules, or platform policy. Users may stop using the Services at any time.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in the user’s country or region may still apply.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the Services, app store listing, website, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means the user accepts the updated Terms.
